Thierry Nguyen has been working in the VFX and animation industry for more than 20 years. For the first 10 years, he perfected his skill and knowledge in Paris and London. From animated features to Hollywood blockbusters, Thierry has seen many different roles throughout his career, allowing him to have a deep understanding of the VFX and animation industry. In 2012, Thierry came back to the country of his origins, Vietnam. Shortly after, BadClay Studio was founded. From 2013 to 2022, BadClay Studio collaborated on more than 30 Vietnamese movies, as well as numerous international projects. Over the years, BadClay has built a strong reputation for digital characters, animals, or creatures, invisible VFX and full CGI animation.

Thao Tran is an experienced Program Facilitator in enabling local startups to leverage key resources for development as well as developing ecosystem support services in the clean energy sector. Currently, she leads New Energy Nexus Vietnam team to advocate the growth of a renewable energy economy in the country, and contributing to a regional sustainable energy startup ecosystem.

Ms. Nguyen Thu Ngoc, General Manager, Cerberus Esports, HCMC

As General Manager of Cerberus, Ngoc integrates the commercial and entertainment elements and the sport elements of esports. She oversees strategy, capital and operating budget management for investors while facilitating the interactions between coaching staff, players and media team in achieving the best results. As a female without a sport background working in sports-related industry, she frequently shares her experience to inspire and guide MZ generations, especially females, on the esports career path on her monthly livestream.

Ngoc has 12 years of experience in auditing (PwC), corporate finance and PE Investments (Vietnam Investments Group).

Denis Dang is a Vietnamese creative director, actor, and founder of a creative house named VISIOLAB. He is most well-known for being both creative director and actor for Nguyen Tran Trung Quan’s ‘Tu Tam’, which received two We Choice Awards, including Music Video of The Year. In the journey of defining himself, he also self directed ‘Con Cưng’, a short film inspired by the Vietnamese image of the ‘Golden Apple’ or ‘quả thị’, which later participated Cannes Film Festival. With a special love for Vietnamese culture, Dennis Dang’s primary vision for this period is to enrich and promote Vietnamese culture worldwide.

With more than 26 years of professional experience, Hoang Thi Mai Huong is the Chair of Publicis Groupe Vietnam; and Chair, University Council and Member, Board of Trustees (since 2018), Fulbright University Vietnam.

Huong was the former CEO and the first General Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi Vietnam in 1995. In 1998, Huong founded Venus Communications providing strategic and creative public relations counsel to local and regional clients.

Venus Communications built a reputation as one of Vietnam’s top PR activation agencies. It was acquired by MSL in March 2016.

Prior to Saatchi and Saatchi, Huong had 5 years’ experience as a Press Officer at Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She holds an M.P.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. in International Journalism from the Moscow Institute of International Relations. She is an avid supporter of the arts.
