Gabriel is a senior B2B strategic relationship builder and connector, with nearly three decades’ experience, who has been directly involved in scaling businesses, including startups, commercial companies and non-profit organisations. Prior to embarking on his healthcare journey more than a decade ago (Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Digital Health, Health IT), Gabriel held several senior leadership positions in the field of marketing, market research and business intelligence. Gabriel is currently the Director, Strategic Partnerships at the Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed). He enjoys building positive relationships, facilitating & implementing industry development initiatives, and driving engagements & partnerships with innovative MedTech and HealthTech companies. Gabriel is passionate about engaging the healthcare ecosystem to bring innovations and technologies more quickly to the markets. Gabriel also serves as a member of the Executive Committee for Health Level Seven (HL7) Singapore and the Asia Pacific Assistive Robotics Association; is a member of the Asia eHealth Information Network (AeHIN). He also held two-terms as an Executive Committee member of the Association for Medical and Bio-Informatics, Singapore (AMBIS). Gabriel holds a Master of Science in Information Studies from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of London, and was conferred the Certified Professional Marketer by Asia Marketing Federation.
