Nguyễn Hải Phong sinh năm 1982 ở Huế, là một nhạc sỹ – nhà sản xuất âm nhạc có ảnh hưởng với ngành giải trí Việt Nam trong khoảng từ 2005 đến nay (2023), Ngoài việc gặt hái nhiều giải thưởng chuyên môn như Bài Hát Việt, Làn Sóng xanh, anh còn là một Producer – Hit maker vời rất nhiều bản hit góp phần nâng tầm nhiều ca sĩ như Lam Trường (Đôi Giày Vải), Thu Minh (Bay, Đường Cong, Taxi), Wanbi Tuấn Anh (Đôi Mắt), Phan Đinh Tùng (Dòng thời gian), Trúc Nhân (Lớn Rồi Còn Khóc Nhè, Ngồi Hát Đỡ Buồn), Nguyễn Hải Phong (Ba Kể Con Nghe, Góc Tối, Tan Biến…)

Đồng thời anh cũng đảm nhận các vài trò đạo diễn âm nhạc cho các lễ hội âm nhạc, giải thưởng âm nhạc lớn như Zing Music Award (ZMA), HTV Award… Và cả Giám Đốc Nhạc Phim cho các dự án phim thành công như Cô Gái Đến Từ Hôm Qua, Em Là Bà Nội Của Anh, Anh Thầy Ngôi Sao…
Năm 2019 anh là đồng sáng lập Vpop Hitmaker – một cộng đồng về sản xuất và sáng tạo âm nhạc dành cho thế hệ mới, là nơi tìm kiếm và bồi dưỡng tài năng âm nhạc trong lĩnh vực sáng tác và sản xuất. Các nhạc sỹ, nhà sản xuất từ đây cũng đã có những nhiều đóng góp vào thành công chung của bức tranh âm nhạc nước nhà
LEON QUANG LE
After 20 years of dancing, singing in Broadway musicals, Leon began his filmmaking career with two short films, Dawn (2012) and Talking to My Mother (2015), which examined race and sexual orientation from uniquely Asian viewpoints. They were shown at over 100 film festivals and won accolades such as “Best Short Film” and “Best Director.” Le’s feature film debut, Song Lang (2018), was met with even greater critical acclaim. Critics have described the film as “visually stunning and suitably yearning” (Hollywood Reporter), “a showcase of [a] rising talent” (Film Week, KPCC, NPR Los Angeles), and “simply stunning. A spectacular debut from Le; he’s stamped his claim as a filmmaker to watch” (The Jam Report).
Song Lang has won a total of 54 awards at film festivals around the world. Leon is currently in pre-production for his second feature, Ky Nam Inn.

I am passionate about helping build businesses, products and teams across various industries (current focus: technology, finance, retail & mobility), geographies (current focus: Vietnam, Pakistan & Singapore) and at all organisational sizes, from early-stage startup to enterprise.

HANH DO
Hanh Do is the Co-Founder and CEO, coordinating the overall strategy, business development and supply chain operations of BUYO. Hanh has been serving as Director at Esquel Group – one of the global leading apparel and textile manufacturers. She has been leading various business functions in the company, including business development, strategy, government affairs, finance, human resources and retail and distribution. Prior to joining Esquel, Hanh was the Country Representative of the Asia Competitiveness Institute (National University of Singapore) in Vietnam where she worked in affiliation with the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness (Harvard Business School) on enhancing competitiveness in the region. In her earlier career, Hanh was the Chief Representative of Viet Capital Asset Management and the Economic Growth Specialist at USAID Vietnam. Hanh has been advising corporates and organizations on strategy, innovation and business restructuring, including Vingroup, UNIDO, UNDP, VCCI, etc. and published on the subjects of national and corporate strategy, competitiveness, innovation, industrial policy.
NGAN LE
Le Huynh Kim Ngan – Partner, Head of Growth and Global Expansion at ThinkZone Ventures, the largest and the most active venture capital in Vietnam with $60M fund. Ngan has been listed on TechinAsia as one of top 10 people influencing the innovation technology community in Vietnam. Since 2010, Ngan has helped many international technology companies do market research and develop the Vietnam market through partnership activities such as Google, Facebook, Foxconn, KakaoTalk, LINE, JFDI Asia, Mediba (KDDI acquisition), etc. Ngan also co-found the 60,000 members group on Facebook named LaunchPad which is the playground for entrepreneurs.
Ngan recently organized the first Vietnam Venture Summit 2019 in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City which gathered more than 200 investors around the world. DAVID DO
Do Huy Dung (David)
David was previously a General Manager at Microsoft where he led Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments and Joint Ventures for the Windows and Online Services divisions. His operating experience includes managing global retail, telecom, media, payments and marketing partnerships for Microsoft’s services businesses and well as serving on the Board of Directors of MSNBC, CNBC, ninemsn (Australia) and several companies in China, Australia, Mexico and the Middle East.
Prior to Microsoft, David was a member of the Founding Team at EachNet, the leading Chinese e-commerce firm, that was acquired by eBay in 2003. In his time at The Boston Consulting Group (a global strategy consulting firm), David advised clients in the consumer goods, cement, oil and gas, infrastructure and media sectors in Asia. David has also worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at JP Morgan.
David has an MBA from Harvard University. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Accounting from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
CUONG NGUYEN HUU
Dr. Cuong Nguyen Huu (Miro) has been well-recognized in the Vietnam tech ecosystem as moderator and host in notable panels and podcasts including Vietnam Innovators on Vietcetera. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has led the effort in digital transformation, software solutions and business strategy at Google and FPT the last 10 years
CHAU LE
Chau LE (1983) is currently the CEO of Bamboo Artists Agency (BAA), which represents for many artists in Vietnam including music producer, singer, songwriter, vocal coach, music video director, photographer, visualizer and actor…
Chau used to work as CEO of M-TP Entertainment for 4 years. He had a chance to manage collaborative project of Vietnam Singer and US Artist. In Hay Trao Cho Anh Music Video, a super star of Vietnam collaborated with Snoop Dogg and featuring Madison Beer (Managed by CAA) in 2018. That project brings a lot of exposure for Vietnamese Music in the region.
CHAD OVEL
Chad Ovel has lived and worked in Vietnam continuously since 1996.
Chad is a Partner at Mekong Capital, a Vietnam-focused Private Equity firm, specializing in consumer-driven businesses. Established in 2001, Mekong Capital has the most extensive private equity track record in Vietnam having completed 42 private equity investments, of which 27 have been fully exited. Chad has led Mekong Capital’s successful investments in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, real estate, logistics, casual dining and retail.
Before joining Mekong Capital, Chad had a successful track record as a CEO leading the rapid growth of ScanCom Vietnam, a foreign-owned furniture export manufacturing business, and AA Corporation, a local company operating in the sectors of construction, retail and manufacturing.
Chad is originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA. He holds a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from University of Chicago.
